We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Therapist. As a Behavior Therapist at Autism 360, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities:- Assist clients in acquiring new skills, improving communication and socialization, and reducing problem behaviors by following their individualized treatment plan.
- Interact with the child and family, building a strong relationship as their therapist.
- Record behavior data from your interactions and convert session notes on time to enhance data analysis.
- Collaborate with your supervisor and maintain effective communication with team members.
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one therapy services in 3-hour session blocks.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Sound technical and computer skills.
- Become a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days of employment if not already registered.
- Pass a Criminal Background Check & drug test.
- Minimum 11:00 am - 5:00 pm availability Monday-Friday.
- Ideally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm availability, Monday-Friday.
- Competitive compensation based on your education and experience.
- $5 per hour emergency shift incentive.
