We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to become a vital part of our expanding Go-To-Market (GTM) team in North America. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our major Enterprise clients to identify and address their most pressing business challenges.
- Assist the sales team by adopting a consultative approach during the customers' solution assessment process.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering to accurately pinpoint customer issues.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Freshworks product suite and leverage this knowledge to resolve customer challenges. Create solutions utilizing our extensive product offerings and present these to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Communicate the value of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences, including leaders in customer service, sales, and senior IT management.
- Formulate and implement a technical sales strategy to achieve both technical and functional success.
- Establish trust with our clients and ensure they feel confident in the proposed solutions.
- Promote an innovative user experience on the Freshworks platform.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Engineer within an enterprise software environment.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors.
- Proficiency in selling CRM, Customer Service, IT service management, or similar technologies.
- Experience handling large and intricate datasets, with the ability to quickly analyze and integrate fragmented and often low-quality data for compelling custom content.
- Understanding of the SaaS business model, SaaS technologies, and related applications.
- Able to work effectively within a cross-functional team to address business and technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management abilities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a B.S. in Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred.
- A highly motivated individual with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Additional Information:
California Pay Range: $98,400 - $141,450.
Compensation is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus and equity options may be available.
