Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to promote wellness and intervene in acute or chronic illness.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication recommendations, order review and verification, and code/trauma response.
- Work closely with the Night Shift Adult ED pharmacist team to ensure pharmacy division operations are running well.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Pharm D. or BS degree.
- Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of clinical health-system experience or equivalent.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland.
- Board Certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties or a certification deemed appropriate for the practitioner's practice setting.

Salary Range: Minimum $53.79 per hour - Maximum $88.82 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
