Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes, utilizing cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge.
  • Assess, plan, and implement patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, licensure/certification requirements, and our policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
  • One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
  • Home care experience preferred but not required.
