Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sares-Regis Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Respond to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or related experience a plus
  • Minimum 3-6 months of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret service orders and documents
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with residents and vendors
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and ability to maintain a safe working environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
  • HVAC certification
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule
