We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Palm Careers LLC. As a Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular ICU
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with intensivists, mid-levels, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency
