  • Collect and dispose of trash and debris in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Inventory and maintain cleaning supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning operation.
  • Report maintenance deficiencies to the physical plant work receptionist or immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and techniques.
  • Ability to lift heavy weights up to 40 pounds and work on step-ladders.
  • Ability to work with hands and arms raised above the shoulders.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The physical demands of this position require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
