RN Unit Manager Registered Nurse

Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our skilled nursing team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality care standards, ensuring resident satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative environment among healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve resident-centered care goals.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care services and nursing supplies inventory.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Current NYS RN License
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
