Job OpportunityRegistered Nurse Unit Manager

Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in a Skilled Nursing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and staff to provide exceptional resident care.
  • Establish a positive and supportive environment for residents and families.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care services.
  • Manage nursing supplies inventory and maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid NYS RN License.
  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing setting is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and excellent communication skills are required.
