Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients and project managers, including scope of work, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and meet project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve estimating skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Experience with projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million.
  • Experience with above-ground commercial work.
