Internal Auditor Job Description

Mediacom Communications Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Operational and SOX audits to identify weaknesses in control and processes.
  • Prepare work papers to support audit findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and participate in special projects and investigations as needed.
  • Represent the Audit Department on special committees and task forces.
  • Provide assistance to independent public accountants in their quarterly and annual financial examination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2 years of auditing experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license required.
