Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team at Herc-U-Lift's HQ in Maple Plain, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers and technicians, including parts ordering and research.
  • Process and manage parts orders, including checking with local vendors for availability.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and phone support to all customers and technicians.
  • Process and manage parts returns, including issuing credits and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Prior customer support experience, preferably in a parts or inventory role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
