Job Title: Data Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Manager to lead and manage our data quality initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data quality management strategies to maintain high data quality across all systems and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with data standards and regulations by making sure all systems, applications, and processes adhere to relevant data standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and support data quality standards and procedures by developing, implementing, and maintaining data quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Establish and manage data quality metrics by defining and monitoring data quality metrics to track the performance of data systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to design and implement effective data strategies, standards, and procedures.
  • Resolve data quality issues by identifying and resolving data quality issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data quality management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective data quality strategies.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with data quality tools and technologies.
  • Ability to conduct thorough data quality audits and report on findings.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
