Job Summary

KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Current CA Registered Nurse license preferred.
  • BLS certification.
