Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from the answering service after hours and/or weekends
- Coordinate patient care, including scheduled visits, on-call visits, and after-hours admissions
- Accurately record patient information related to calls
Requirements:
- Current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- One year of hospice experience, preferred
- Prior experience with triage, preferred
