Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a correctional facility setting, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate CNA to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
  • Perform and document rounds of patient care, reporting changes in patient condition to the RN.
  • Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing and assist other non-custody staff with patient care.
  • Prepare documentation for patient transfers and complete all required documentation of patient care.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, check inventory, and order supplies.
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification.
  • BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
  • At least one year of CNA experience.
