Shift Supervisor

AutoZone is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our store team to achieve maximum productivity, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Assist the Store Manager in leading company initiatives and driving sales growth
• Train and develop store personnel to achieve high performance standards
• Assume responsibility for store operations and commercial department in the absence of the Store Manager and Commercial Sales Manager
• Manage cash flow, inventory, and security control
• Conduct and review opening and closing procedures
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• High School diploma or equivalent
• ASE Certified preferred
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to drive customer service and sales growth
