Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at AG Globe Services. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgical team in preparing the operating room for procedures, including setting up equipment and sterilizing instruments.
  • Maintain a sterile environment during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety of patients and staff.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, including cleaning and sterilizing them after use.
  • Assist the anesthesiologist and surgical team during procedures, as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain the operating room's inventory of supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Surgical Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an acute care facility.
  • Experience with vascular surgery, including hybrid and open surge cases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with specialty equipment, including infusion pumps, ultrasound machines, and laparoscopic Olympus equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
