Job Description

Cannsortium Inc, operating as Fluent Cannabis, is a vertically integrated cultivator, processor, formulator, and retailer of Premium Cannabis Products. Our purpose is to provide patients with access to high-quality medical cannabis in a professional and compassionate environment.

Role Summary

As a Curator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating an engaging experience around Fluent products. You will match customer needs with the right products, providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Increase dispensary, team, and personal sales.
  • Deliver great customer experiences in any environment.
  • Use available resources to assess customer health conditions and needs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
  • Assist with deliveries as a Health Educator.
  • Conduct inventory counts and sales reports.
  • Record customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Follow up on customer issues requiring additional research.
  • Maintain knowledge of product guides and benefits of Medical Cannabis.
  • Communicate with Director of Retail Operations, General Manager, and Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Previous customer service experience desired.
  • Sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
Skills/Interests

Multitasking, organization, initiative, good communication skills, problem-solving, time management, discretion, and confidentiality are essential. Ability to build good relationships, teamwork, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, using hands to handle objects, reaching, and working on a computer for extended periods.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position requires long hours and frequent weekend work.Required Education and Experience

One+ years of sales experience.

Additional Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old, pass a comprehensive background check, and pass a drug screen.
