About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Cogir of Bothell Memory Care. As a Care Partner, you will provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan, in a unique and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while ensuring community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety are followed.
- Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to residents by offering compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
- Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
- Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
Requirements:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the willingness/ability to obtain.
- Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent grads are welcome.
- Previous experience with memory care is strongly preferred.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
