Job Summary

We are seeking caring, compassionate, and empathetic Caregivers to join our team in our beautiful retirement community Cogir of Bothell Memory Care.

As a Care Partner, you will provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized treatment plan, prioritizing independence and providing emotional support, engagement, and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.
  • Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
  • Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
  • Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
Requirements
  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the willingness/ability to obtain.
  • Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent grads are welcome.
  • Previous experience with memory care is strongly preferred.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
