Job Title: Customer Success Representative

Zenwork, the market-leading provider of digital tax compliance software, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team. As the primary contact for our customers, you will be the voice of the company, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Summary

The Customer Success Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries in a multi-channel support environment, communicating via phone, email, or chat. You will create cases in our case management system to document client inquiries and maintain a daily log to track productivity and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed case records in our case management system
  • Participate in special projects assigned by leadership, such as site testing and client support initiatives
  • Make outbound calls to clients to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to changes in processes and policies as determined by leadership
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Exceptional customer success skills, including attention to detail and a committed work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Computer literacy, including internet applications and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in communications or related field
  • Knowledge of tax rules and regulations
Working Conditions

This is an onsite call center environment, requiring flexibility to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekends during peak season.
