About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, and maintaining a high level of staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations: Assist with bar set-up and closing procedures, ensure that all company policies are followed by team members, and observe, evaluate, and document job performances of team members.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain product inventory, complete daily sales reports and reconciliation, and assist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of bar staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all team members are meeting their performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Previous experience in bar-tending, knowledge of bar-tending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent walking, constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions, able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds, and may be exposed to moderate noise levels and variable temperatures depending on the season.
