We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Travel LPN. Responsibilities- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered.
- Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
