Job Summary

Vogel Display Corp is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines, ensuring safety and quality controls, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machines in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Machine Manager to implement lean manufacturing principles and improve production processes.
  • Track and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth production.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds intermittently.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds repetitively.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience in a metal fabrication environment are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability to work night shifts, with possibility of full-time year-round position.
