Job Summary
We are seeking a Culinary Care Specialist to join our team at one of our facilities. As a key member of our food service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation and Service
* Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.* Restock food areas, clean and sanitize equipment, and perform other related duties as needed.
Customer Service and Teamwork
* Provide outstanding customer service to residents, responding to their needs and preferences.* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless meal service and maintain a positive working environment.
Quality Control and Food Safety
* Monitor and record proper temperature of food, adhering to Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines.* Maintain accurate records of food inventory, receipts, and expenditures.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.* Previous customer service experience and knowledge of food service operations preferred.* Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.* Basic math skills and attention to detail required.

This position requires an estimated salary of $17.50 - $25.50 per hour, depending on location and qualifications.
