WellSky is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to support our Professional Services team in delivering high-quality software and hardware solutions for our HCS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of our solution to ensure reliability, efficiency, and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with solution managers and development teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
  • Consult with the sales force on technical matters to ensure proposed solutions can be integrated with current systems.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase our solutions.
  • Drive high-level client engagements by proactively identifying client cases that result in overall business improvements for WellSky clients and our business.
  • Review client technical needs and recommend specific solutions and/or services to meet those needs.
  • Partner with assigned clients to research and understand client-specific workflows and requirements, and assist in mapping those requirements to software solution design and implementation configurations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4-6 years of related work experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare experience with home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience.

Additional job expectations applicable to this position include:

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned.
