Job Description

Corporate Controller - Key Responsibilities

Provide senior management with accurate and timely financial information to inform business decisions. Oversee all finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and internal auditing. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial reporting systems to provide reliable information for business operations.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Oversee the general accounting, cost accounting, and budgeting functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to senior management.
  • Conduct special accounting studies and analyses to identify areas for cost reduction and profit improvement.

Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree in Accounting.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting with increasing responsibility.
  • 3+ years of management experience in general accounting functions.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
