Your Role:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will lead a dedicated team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring that customer interactions are prompt and courteous while promoting our loyalty programs. Your leadership will set the standard for outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the customer experience by fostering a positive environment.
  • Uphold a culture of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Engage in training and mentoring Associates on front-end operations.
  • Guide Associates in personalizing customer interactions and promoting loyalty initiatives.
  • Manage register assignments and coordinate breaks for team members.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure tasks are executed according to store plans and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding priorities and updates.
  • Encourage recognition and constructive feedback among team members.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs for Associates.
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
  • Promote a safe working environment and awareness of safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledgeable about merchandising techniques.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communicators with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to changes and unexpected situations.
  • Team-oriented, collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Capable of training and developing others.
  • Possessing at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
