Join our dynamic team at Surge Staffing LLC as a Sales Associate You will play a crucial role in driving business growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects, active, and inactive client accounts, working closely with field management to plan, conduct, and follow up on sales activities.
- Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Results-Oriented: Meet performance metrics, achieving profit results in assigned areas consistent with predetermined forecasts and expectations.
Requirements
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, previous business development experience, and at least 3 years of proven outside direct sales experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, initiative, creativity, ability to work independently and with teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $49,500, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The company offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off, supporting your overall well-being and career growth.
