Mole Master Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wash Bay Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Detailing: Wash and detail a variety of vehicles from Company owned, to local car dealerships, to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of cleaning and detailing products and tools used in the process, ensuring optimal results and efficiency.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the Wash Bay areas in compliance with OSHA regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communication: Effectively and respectfully communicate with General Manager and employees in verbal and written formats, providing clear instructions and feedback.
- Teamwork: Capable of working independently and with others, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Quality and Safety: Conscientious about work quality and work area neatness, consistently engaging in process improvement and supporting others in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Equipment and Safety: Uses appropriate safety equipment and personal protection equipment, accepting accountability for own conduct and obligations.
