Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team at Woodlake Apartments in Kirkland, WA.
Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician II will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the property, including but not limited to:
- Responding to maintenance service requests
- Performing external and internal repairs
- Setting up and operating machine tools
- Fabricating and repairing wooden structures
- Maintaining inventory and preparing related paperwork
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in performing quality work
- Ability to read and interpret service orders and documents
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
