We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Respiratory Care Department as Director of Respiratory Care Services. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management and clinical expertise to oversee the delivery of high-quality respiratory care services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives that align with the hospital's strategic plan.
  • Lead and manage a team of respiratory care professionals to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of respiratory care services.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to ensure the department remains current and effective.
Requirements:
  • Three years of administrative or management experience in an acute care hospital directing, assigning, and evaluating respiratory care staff.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license issued by the California State Respiratory Care Board.
  • Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related Healthcare field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Respiratory Care, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related Healthcare field.
