Arrowhead Regional Medical Center seeks an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to fill a vacancy for Assistant Unit Manager II - Specialty Critical Care in the Medical Imaging Unit. This position is the second supervisory level in the nursing series responsible for assisting a Unit Manager with the management and supervision of a complex Specialty Critical Care unit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Unit Manager with the management and supervision of a complex Specialty Critical Care unit
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the Medical Imaging Unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing
• One year of experience in Angio in a Medical Imaging Unit
• Six months of experience serving as a RN III at ARMC or Charge Nurse
• Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Supervisory/charge nurse experience and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is desired
