As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Insperity, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of technical direction on software development toolchain maintenance, application performance management, shared infrastructure services/frameworks, environment configuration management and support progressive change control & release management processes.
* Serve as a Team Lead and provide solutions on DevOps toolchain
* Work/implement Insperity Continuous delivery automation platform.
* Play an active role in selection of DevOps tools.
* Ensure critical systems applications are online and accepting requests.
* Collaborate with other groups as necessary to gather input for any DevOps considerations.
* Analyze plans, processes, policies and tools to identify and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
* Ability to script and automate tasks.
* Experience with Windows environments and scripting languages interpreted and compiled.
* Good understanding of software development life cycles.
* Extensive knowledge and experience with DevOps practices (continuous integration, continuous delivery, APM and configuration management).
* Good understanding of commercial and Open Source, products for DevOps execution.
* Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, ability and willingness to accept a team decision.
* Excellent understanding of platform operating systems, including Microsoft Windows or Linux.
