AWS DevOps Engineer with Harness Experience

Maintec Technologies is seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with experience in Harness to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using best practices.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness for automated deployment and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 9-10+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in an AWS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts and tools.
  • Experience with Harness or similar CI/CD platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
