Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a GIG RN. This is a per diem/flex/PRN position that offers flexibility in day/night and number of hours worked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
  • Float between designated Mercy Hospital facilities in various departments, including Critical Care, Tele, Med/surg, Women Health, L&D, Behavioral Health, and ER.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Multistate Registered Nurse License.
  • Minimum 1 year's RN hospital bedside experience in a specialty-specific area, within the last year.
  • BLS certification.
  • One or more certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree.
  • 2 years RN experience.
