LPN GIG Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Per Diem/Flex Float LPN in the St. Louis Region. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive hourly rate of $30/hour, plus shift incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Float between designated Mercy Hospital facilities, including Mercy-St. Louis, Mercy Jefferson-Festus, and others.
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain professional accountability for patient care and confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in a specialty area.
  • BLS certification and IV-certification required.
