Key Responsibilities:

  • Protocol and API Expertise: Become proficient in industry-specific interfaces (such as PKCS #11, KMIP, CNG, etc.) to optimize the interaction between our hardware and external systems.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Utilize your problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve integration challenges effectively.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with software engineers to comprehend new feature integrations, document their functionalities, share insights, and propose enhancements that improve the security and performance of our products.
  • User-Focused Technical Writing: Craft technical documentation that simplifies complex concepts for colleagues and users, ensuring clarity and structure.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Strong foundation in technology: A comprehensive background in information technology with a quick ability to learn and understand complex systems.
  • Proficient Troubleshooter: A demonstrated talent for resolving technical challenges.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning: A proactive approach to personal and professional development.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years in a cybersecurity role: Proven experience in this domain is highly advantageous.
  • 2+ years of enterprise B2B technical writing: Familiarity with industry best practices is beneficial.
  • Networking Knowledge: Proficiency in TCP/IP networking is a plus.
  • Multi-Platform Experience: Comfort with various operating systems, including Linux and Windows.
