About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Heart of Florida. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform General Sonographic procedures in accordance with department protocols
  • Actively participate in outstanding customer service and maintain relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Adhere to AdventHealth's Corporate Compliance Plan and all relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Graduate of Ultrasound Program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • A minimum of two of the following American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) specialty examinations:
    • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) - Abdomen (AB)
    • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) - Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN)
    • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) – Breast (BR)
    • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) – Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
