Job Overview

RTA US, a prominent player in the specialty retail sector, is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Coordinator.

This position will be the key driver for the execution of daily email marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include interpreting strategic directives, establishing and communicating expectations and timelines, organizing necessary resources, evaluating potential risks, managing deliverables, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Location: Not specified

Compensation: $22-$26/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily construction of email campaigns.
  • Implement necessary modifications to campaigns, adapt to business changes, create new campaigns, and provide approvals.
  • Manage varying volumes of campaigns daily, requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Utilize the Da Vinci tool by Movable Ink for personalized email content creation, leveraging its drag-and-drop functionality.
  • Prioritize morning tasks to address the day’s email proofs and edits.
  • Participate in midday meetings to strategize future campaigns.
  • Conclude the day by ensuring all deliverables are processed for team review.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to handle ad-hoc requests as they arise.
  • Essential Skills: Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in QA Testing.
  • Quick learning aptitude.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the Movable Ink platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience with Da Vinci.
  • Background in retail.
  • Experience in email marketing.
  • Recent graduates with internship experience in email marketing are encouraged to apply.
