**Role Description**
The Business Services Trainee will play a critical role in our Office Administration team, providing support to our administrative departments while participating in a rotational Business Services Training Program. The Trainee will gain hands-on experience working in different departments, learning about their functions, and performing tasks assigned by managers, supervisors, and team members.
**Key Responsibilities**
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Gaining first-hand experience in various administrative departments, such as Global Finance, Associate Recruiting, Attorney Development, Litigation Services, Business Development, Human Capital & Talent, Office of the General Counsel, and Technology & Information Services
- Hands-on experience working on assignments in each department
- Ongoing training focused on individual and team skills
- Start of a career tailored to your strengths and interests
- Entry into a career in a premier law firm
- Protection of sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ambition, and motivation
- Possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Show strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
**Compensation and Benefits**
