Mental Health Specialist with Community Focus

The Mental Health Specialist at HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients across the nation. This role involves delivering therapeutic interventions, documenting client progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions, including group and family therapy, to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic care and participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss progress and treatment strategies.
- Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new referrals.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- A current professional license in the state where services are provided (i.e. LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and techniques.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
