Salary range: $105,000 - $275,000+
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all client interactions to ensure seamless transactions, collaborating with realtors, processors, and underwriters
- Work closely with borrowers and relevant parties to collect and prepare necessary documentation for underwriting
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, financial institutions, and the community to foster business growth
- Provide clear explanations of various loan programs and associated costs to assist potential buyers in their decision-making
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
- Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Current NMLS State License and CA Bureau of Real Estate salesperson license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
- A current book of business is preferred; training support available
