We are seeking a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation.
  • Assist individuals with their personal goals and objectives, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other support staff.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • No high school diploma required.
  • No experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
  • Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
