About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our therapy team, you will work with children with developmental disabilities to deliver customized treatment plans that drive real results.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to implement treatment goals.
  • Provide regular feedback on client progress to supervisors.
  • Facilitate the teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
  • Track client progress and program data.
  • Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
  • Strong ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills at all times.
