Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our Clarkston clinic. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and providing exceptional client service. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver comprehensive and personalized care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create effective treatment plans.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team to achieve our mission.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field and be licensed in Michigan (LP). Pre-licensed candidates are also welcome to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience with treatment plans, clinical case notes, and electronic health record systems. Proficiency in Office 365 is essential.
