Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, conducting needs assessments, and developing functional specifications to ensure that developed information technology solutions support business objectives. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and conduct needs assessments
- Develop functional specifications to support business objectives
- Evaluate current business technology resources and identify new technologies or upgrades to enhance business performance
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses and make recommendations to management
- Meet with end-users to assess business objectives and define user needs
- Coordinate development teams to ensure technology integration with legacy solutions
- Stay informed of emerging technologies and changing organizational objectives
- Analyze and modify programming systems to support application systems
- Serve as a liaison between development teams and customers/end-users
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in programming and systems analysis roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university
- Extensive knowledge of JD Edwards Payroll and HR modules and associated object/table structures
- Ability to design new IT solutions and understand complex database systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Solid customer service and diplomacy skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
What We Offer
- Salary: $135,000-$150,000 per year, paid weekly
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, regenexx, teledoc, hearing, and mental health coverage with low deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums
