Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead all staff within the Nutritional Services department efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction through consistent engagement with residents and their families
  • Collaborate with both front and back of house teams to ensure outstanding food service
  • Support kitchen personnel as necessary while upholding cleanliness and quality benchmarks
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and train staff within the Nutritional Services team
  • Partner with staff and residents to develop menus while adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Ensure appropriate equipment utilization and manage inventory effectively
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers and maintain purchasing protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dietary Services preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Food Safety and Sanitation Certification is mandatory
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
