Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Benoure Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and repair plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
  • Apply knowledge of local HVAC and plumbing codes to ensure all work meets industry standards.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ensure every job is completed correctly the first time.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Represent Benoure in a professional manner at all times.
  • Commit to a minimum of 40 hours of work per week, with overtime opportunities available.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation from October through April (with summers off).
Qualifications:
  • Must have experience and certifications in one or more of the following areas: Gas, Plumbing, Refrigeration.
  • Must pass a clean driver's and criminal background check.
  • Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying heavy objects, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds.
  • Commitment to following proper safety techniques at all times.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's success.
